The Mount Vernon Rams improved to 11-5 as they got a road win at O’Fallon 49-43. Marlon Price led the Rams finished with 14. Dave Barnes finished with 13 The Rams will open up the 73rd Salem Invitational Tournament next week against the host Wildcats on Thursday night.
