A 46-year-old Sandoval woman has been arrested by Sandoval Police on two outstanding warrants. Mikki Thomas of Diamond Springs Road was taken to the Marion County Jail on a Marion County felony failure to appear with no bond warrant and an outstanding Clinton County warrant.
