The Lady Wildcats volleyball team finished one win shy of their first 20 win regular season since 04-05 when they went 2-2 at the Fairfield Tournament on Saturday. Salem beat Casey Westfield and Massac County to win their pool. They lost to Fairfield and Centralia to finish 4th overall. Emma Gregg was named All Tournament for Salem. Hattie Castleman of Centralia was also on the All Tournament Team.
The Salem JV volleyball team played their final games of the season over the weekend, beating Teutopolis 27-25, 27-25 and then beating Windsor/Stew-Stras 25-22, 25-9.
