Salem grad and University of Southern Indiana freshman golfer Jairen Stroud made his college debut competing with his team at the Battle of the Expressway. The team was beat by Evansville, however Stroud won his match finishing -2 through 16 to pull out the win. With his performance, Jairen also qualified to travel with the team to the Xavier Invitational coming up Monday and Tuesday in Cincinnati, Ohio.
