Mount Vernon Wins South 7 Men’s Title, Orphans 2nd

Mount Vernon won the boys South 7 title with their score of 319, Centralia was 2^nd shooting 330, Carbondale 335 and Marion 395.  The Rams Xander Ashby was the conference champ as the sophomore shot 89, one shot better than teammate Blake Brown and Carbondale’s Cole Roberts.  Centralia’s Daven Cook tied Mount Vernon freshman Maxwell Rinehart for 4^th shooting 80.  Owen Donnelly and Jaxson Hancock also shot well for Centralia shooting 82 and 83 respectively for 6^th and 9^th places.
