The Salem Lady Wildcats earned a Cahokia Conference volleyball win at home beating Wood River 25-15, 25-23 to improve to 9-5 on the season. The Freshmen won 21-9, 21-11 and the JV won 25-7, 25-14. Salem will be playing in the Vandalia Tournament tomorrow.
Also in prep volleyball last night, Fairfield beat Flora, Freeburg in 3 sets over Breese Central, Marion in 2 sets over Mount Vernon, Wayne City in straight sets beat Patoka and Wesclin over Okawville.
