The 16u Fuzion hosted a 4-team round robin at Odin Park on Sunday. The home team earned 3 wins beating the SI Sluggers 4-0, the Indiana Fuzion Elite 4-1 and then the Central IL Riot 12-0.
Pitching was great for the Fuzion. Taylor Bloomer pitched a gem in Game 1 allowing 1 hit in five innings. Emrie Quick was the winner in Game 2 and was very efficient allowing just 3 hits and striking out 9 in six innings. Addi Dukes and Emma Pinkston combined for the shutout in the final game combining to allow just 1 hit.
The offensive leaders, Rorie Lambert had 3 singles and an RBI, Dukes drove in 7 with 2 singles and a triple. Quick had 4 singles as well.
