The South Central Cougars will host Woodlawn for a double header today at Lions Field after a big 13-1 win over Mulberry Grove yesterday on the road.
The Cougars got a home run from Brody Markley who went 2-3 with 3 RBI. Colton Smith went 3-4 with 2 RBI and Hudson Moore and Colby Bursott also drove in 2 runs each. The Cougars also got an RBI from Callaway Smith, Trevan Sidwell, Garret Shumate.
Chase Guerrettazz was the winning pitcher going 4 innings allowing 4 hits and 1 earned run with 5 strikeouts. Ryker Dodson worked the final inning and struck out 2.
