The Salem City Council Monday night will be asked to approve an ordinance authorizing the execution of a tax increment financing district agreement. The agreement would be with Zachary Ray Rose and Guns and Roses, LLC for reimbursable expenses for rehabilitation, reconstruction or repair, or remodeling of property located at 210 West Schwartz Street. The TIF could provide up to $12,500 after $25,000 in private capital is expended on the project.
The council will also consider bids for rock and sand to be utilized in public works projects this summer.
The meeting begins at six Monday night at Salem City Hall.
