A 30-year-old Odin man has been sentenced to three years in prison for failure to register as a sex offender with a prior conviction.
Roy Cochran of Folsom Street was charged with failure to register an address within 90 days of his last known address. He had pleaded guilty earlier.
Judge Mark Stedelin ordered Cochran to complete one year of mandatory supervised release and pay a mandatory $500 fine as part of the sentence.
