Monday is the President’s Day Holiday.
Most local, state, and federal government offices are closed. That includes all area courthouses, as well as Salem and Centralia City Halls. However, garbage collection in both Salem and Centralia will remain on the regular schedule this week, including Monday pickup.
Most schools are closed and there will be no home mail delivery.
The Salem City Council meeting scheduled for six Monday evening has been postponed until six Tuesday night at city hall.
