Centralia Police have arrested 20-year-old Zakkary Downs of East Broadway in Centralia for alleged aggravated battery and unlawful restraint. He was taken to the Marion County Jail.
31-year-old David Funte of Mattoon was arrested on a no-bond felony warrant and was transported back to the Marion County Jail.
22-year-old Brendan Frazier of East Sandpiper Road in Bluford was arrested by sheriff’s deputies for driving on a suspended license. He was released on a notice to appear in court.
