The North Wamac 7th Grade Tournament opened up last night. Central City beat Willow Grove 38-18 behind 15 points from Colton Cook. Kaiden Jackson added 9. Jimmy Gaston led Willow Grove with 8.
North Wamac/Irvington beat Trinity St Mary 42-37 behind 15 from Mayson Pearson and 14 out of Dawson Deering. Bennett Edwards Led TSM with 11.
Raccoon over Ashley 44-25. John Organ had 25 in the win, Reid Feltman 8 for Ashley.
New Horizon over Odin 55-18. Eli Marcum led New Horizon with 16, Gage Donoho 11 and Beckham Bass added 8. Parker Simpson and Quinteran Shackleford led Odin with 7 each.
Tonight will be the consolation semifinal at 4 with Willow Grove and TSM followed by the championship semifinal at 5pm with Central City and NWI, then Ashley and Odin at 6 followed at 7 by Raccoon and New Horizon.
