The St Anthony Bulldogs rolled past CHBC in the opening round of the National Trail Conference Tournament in Altamont 76-32. In the win, Junior Brock Fearday scored his 1000th career point. He needed 4, and scored 17. The Bulldogs advance to the semifinal tomorrow night against St Elmo/Brownstown after they beat North Clay 73-62. The first game tonight is Neoga and Windsor/Stew-Stras playing at 5 followed by CHBC and North Clay.
It was consolation semifinal night at the Little Illini Conference Tournament at Newton. Mt Carmel beat Paris 59-49 and Robinson over Marshall 54-42. Tonight is the consolation finals between the Aces and Maroons at 7:30. The first game of the night is the 7th place game with Paris and Marshall. The championship and 3rd place game will be tomorrow night.
