In middle school volleyball, Selmaville opened their season with a 25-19, 25-8 win over Willow Grove. Kaolin Lewis had 14 points for the Lady Rockets who also won the JV game 25-0, 25-3. Brylee Carter served 25 in a row in the first set. Ava Donoho had 15 points in the 2nd. The Rockets will host their home opener tomorrow against Rome.
Iuka opened with a 25-22, 25-16 win over North Clay. Paylen Harris had 9 points and Kinnley Eagan added 6.
Raccoon beat NWI 25-21, 25-15. The Lady Devils JV lost in 3 sets 18-25, 25-23, 12-15.
