Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say one driver complained of minor injury following a two-vehicle rear-end crash on Route 161 at Schwartz Road east of Centralia Thursday morning.
Reports indicate a westbound car driven by 51-year-old Connie Gaston of Kell Road in Kell ran into the rear of a vehicle driven by 38-year-old Jamie Biegeleisen of Douglas Street in Central City after Biegeleisen had slowed for traffic in front of her for a car waiting to make a left-hand turn.
Both drivers refused hospital treatment after being checked by emergency medical personnel.
The crash occurred at 7:52 on Thursday morning.
