A 24-year-old Salem woman has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to one of two methamphetamine delivery charges pending against her.
Shelby Futch of West Kell Street was placed on two years probation and given credit for time served in the Marion County Jail. She was also ordered to undergo an alcohol, drug and mental health evaluation with any recommended treatment.
Futch admitted to delivering under five grams of meth to a confidential source of the Southeastern Illinois Drug Task Force. She was arrested in the recent round-up of those who had sold narcotics as part of an on-going investigation by the task force.
