New Horizon closed out their regular season last night with at 39-35 win over Bluford to claim 3rd Place in the Woodlawn Ice Breaker Tournament. Annalyn Bass led the way with a double-double tossing in 17 and grabbing 14 rebounds. Addison Wangler also reached double digits in the scoring column with 10.
Bass was named to the first team All-Tournament Team along with Woodlawn’s Rylie Hockett.
2nd Team All-Tournament selections included New Horizon’s Gracin McDaniel and Woodlawn’s Tierney Henson.
The win moves New Horizon to 22-5 heading into regional action next week.
