The IHSA State football finals are set for this weekend at Hancock Stadium in Normal.
The games begin Friday morning in 1a at 10am with Lena Winslow playing Camp Point Central. At 1pm it’s the 2a title game between Wilmington and Athens. At 4pm Friday in 3a, the Mt Carmel Aces take on Byron. Friday finishes with the 4a finals between Burbank St Laurence and Rochester at 7pm.
On Saturday at 10 it’s the 5a game with Nazareth Academy and Joliet Catholic. In the 6a finals at 1pm it’s East St Louis taking on Cary Grove. The 7a finals start at 4pm with Downers Grove North and Chicago Mt Carmel. The season will finish up Saturday at 7pm with the 8a finals between Loyola Academy and Lincoln-Way East.
