The Franklin Park Lady Bobcats dropped a heartbreaker 31-27 to Breese on night 2 of the Lady Bobcat Invitational. Quinn Wolfe led Salem with 23 points and 8 rebounds. The 6-2 Lady Cats look to bounce back tomorrow in the final night of the tournament against Carlyle.
Iuka beat Odin/Patoka 34-33 on a last second shot at the buzzer from Katee Sellers. Kinnley Eagan finished with 16 in the win, Sellers added 14. Iuka is undefeated in OBC play ahead of next week’s tournament hosted at Field and Iuka. The Lady Pirates return to action Thursday when they host Sandoval.
Selmaville beat Central City 37-25. Alana Finney led the Rockets with 18, Shelby Johnson finished with 10. Selmaville also got 13 from Kenna Benjamin in the JV win 23-10. The Lady Rockets play at Sandoval tonight and Thursday at Raccoon.
