A 35-year-old Salem woman has been arrested for alleged theft of her drug test.
Salem Police say the Child Protection Specialist agency had gone to the home of Charissa Plumb on South Broadway on Friday to give her a drug test. Plumb reportedly took possession of the test device and would not give it back. Police were called to retrieve it, but Plumb reportedly would not open the door.
Plumb was later located by Salem Police and arrested for theft of state property. She was later released on a notice to appear in court under the new cashless bond law.
