New Horizon defeated Central City last night 32-15 to capture 3rd place of the Central City Girls Invitational. Annalyn Bass led the Crusaders with 14 points and 16 rebounds. The Crusaders were stopped just shy of the championship game by eventual runners-up, Woodlawn on Wednesday evening. The Lady Warriors finished the game on a 6 point run to win 35-29. Rylie Hockett led Woodlawn with 19 points. Bass anchored the Crusaders with 16 and 17 rebounds, while Addison Wangler chipped in 8. Field won the Tournament Championship.
