The cities of Centralia and Wamac and the Village of Central City have set Trick Or Treat night for Friday night, October 27th. The hours will be from six to eight for children 12 years of age and under.
Centralia Mayor Bryan Kuder says residents that do not wish to participate are asked to follow the common practice to turn off their porch lights.
He is also reminding residents that rain does not cancel Trick-or-Treat. Parents are urged to use their own judgment if inclement weather is present.
