Salem Police arrested 39-year-old Quinton Nix of South Locust in Centralia on a no bond Marion County failure to appear warrant on a possession of methamphetamine charge. Police report he was located while walking in the area of North College and Rogers Streets.
Salem Police also arrested 29-year-old homeless man, Kerry Whipple, on a Clay County failure to appear in court warrant on a possession of stolen property case. He is being held in lieu of $300 bond.
