The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating how a 32-year-old Central City man received a gunshot wound to the leg.
The department received a call at 1:30 Sunday morning when the man showed up in the emergency room of SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment of the wound.
Deputies report the man was uncooperative in providing any information on how the gunshot occurred.
