Selmaville & Franklin Park Show Well At St Mary’s XC Invitational

The St Mary’s Invitational junior high cross country meet was held at Foundation Park.

Franklin Park’s Kendall Zimmermann won the race. Selmaville was led in the varsity girls race by Carly Veach 10^th and Shelby Johnson 21^st. Aviston won the team event with Franklin Park 4^th.

Salem’s Scout Puricelli won the varsity boys race. Noah Gaston led the Rockets varsity boys finishing 12^th. Aviston won the boys event followed by St Joseph Olney and then First Baptist Academy of O’Fallon. Franklin Park was 8^th as a team.

The Selmaville JV girls won their meet. Karmen Murray won the race withGabby Harper 3^rd, Kenna Benjamin 5^th, Gabby Gaston 9^th and Gia Ward 13^th as the counters.

The JV boys were 2^nd with Rafe James 5^th, Matt Blackburn 12, Ryder Lawson 15, Elijah DeRossett 24 and Greyson James 29.
