The Salem and South Central volleyball teams competed at the Vandalia Tournament on Saturday.
Salem went 2-2 on the day. They lost to Wood River and South Central in pool play with a win over Vandalia. They fell to CHBC in their final game. They are 8-9 on the season. They will travel to Mount Vernon tonight.
The Lady Cougars were 2nd overall going undefeated in pool play with wins over Vandalia, Wood River and Salem before losing to Carlyle in the title match. SC will play at Windsor/Stew Stras on Monday with an 11-6 overall record.
