The Salem Lady Cats volleyball team competed at the Benton Tournament on Saturday. They opened with a 2-set loss to Carmi and then beat Harrisburg before finishing pool play with a win over Sesser Valier.
That put them in the Silver Bracket where they beat West Frankfort and then beat Christopher for the Silver championship. Emma Gregg was selected to the All Tournament team.
The SC Lady Cougars will host Altamont in NTC play.
