Lady Cats 2nd To State Champs At Olney Invite

The Salem Lady Cat girl’s golf team is in action today at Mount Vernon coming off a 2^nd place finish at the Olney Girls Invitational.

Defending 1a state champion Mt Carmel won the event shooting 155 followed by Salem 173 and St Anthony 181.

Mya Russell led Salem with a 40 that was good enough for a tie for 3^rd. Alyssa Paul’s 43 was good to tie for 10^th, Jaryn Haarmann shot 44, Mak Mann 46. Taylor Ice finished with a 50 and Brenna Hays 63.
