The Selmaville Lady Rockets won their 11th game with a 13-1 win over Rome. Keira Meredith allowed just one hit and struck out 8. Shelby Johnson, Alana Howe each with 2 hits and drove in runs. Kaolin Lewis had 2 hits including a double and 2 RBI. Meredith tripled and drove in 2, Brylee Carter added an RBI. The Lady Rockets are 11-2 and have won 7 in a row as they play at Odin today. They will open up the Woodlawn Tournament on Friday against Franklin Park at 6pm. Then Saturday at 10 they play Aviston with trophy games at 1.
Trinity St Mary’s improved to 6-1 with a 12-2 win over Okawville. Emrie Quick struck out 8 in the complete game win. Rylie Neuhaus led the way on offense with 3 hits including a triple, Quick also had 3 hits with a triple and double. Raylynn Parker had 2 hits including a home run. Leah Kleiboeker and Bailey Pingsterhaus both had a hit and Devyn Dodillett had 2 RBI.
South Central finished their regular season 15-2 with a 13-0 win on the road at Centralia. Addy Ruholl had 2 hits including a double with 2 runs and 2 RBI. Also driving in 2 runs were Maddi Peddicord, Baylee Brown, Kennah Hiestand and Emmie Ruholl. Peddicord struck out 10 and gave up 1 hit in the win.
