A 27-year-old Salem woman has pleaded guilty in Marion County to conspiracy to commit armed robbery without a gun in connection with a May armed robbery at the Circle K store on West Main in Salem.
Cheyenne Logue was sentenced to four years probation with credit for 216 days already served in the Marion County Jail. She was also ordered to abstain from drugs and alcohol with evaluation and treatment, have no contact with Circle K or the clerk, and complete a job search.
As part of the plea agreement, an unrelated charge of aggravated battery against Logue was dropped.
Salem Police say Logue had taken her boyfriend, 29-year-old Brandon Kehn of Salem, to the Circle K where he allegedly pulled a knife on the clerk and left with an undisclosed amount of money. Logue then reportedly returned to a nearby area to pick him up. Video surveillance helped track and identify the two.
Kehn is currently set for jury trial on two armed robbery charges on November 14th.
