The Salem Wildcats gave the defending 1a golf state champion St Anthony all they wanted as they finished 2nd to the Bulldogs in their tri-match 147-152 with Carlyle 3rd shooting 185. It was another amazing day on the course for Jairen Stroud who shot 33 for medalist honors. Cale Harris added a 37, Kyler Sapp and Logan Lockhart 41s with Landen Maxey and Rhett Detering 42s.
Gannon Meyer led Carlyle with a 42, Adam Voss 47, Rhettick Steinkamp and Hayden Huels 48.
