Police Beat for Wednesday, August 30th, 2023

A 38-year-old Salem man has been arrested by Salem Police for felony retail theft.

Police say Timothy Finley of West Schwartz was arrested Tuesday night after allegedly leaving Discount Tobacco without paying for tobacco products.

The charge is a felony due to a past conviction.
