Wamac Police have arrested 35-year-old Matthew Stebbins of South Pine Street in Centralia for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a narcotic instrument.
Salem Police arrested 27-year-old Dakota Whyers of North Miller in Salem on a St. Louis City Warrant on a possession of controlled substance charge. Whyers is facing extradition to Missouri on a bond warrant.
68-year-old Donna McClellan of South Elm in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a Coles County traffic warrant. The bond is set at $15,000.
