Centralia Police have arrested 44-year-old Robert Roe of South Cherry in Centralia for possession of under five grams of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $7,500 during his first court appearance on Friday with the public defender appointed to represent him. Roe also faces charges of driving on a suspended license, improper traffic lane usage, expired registration, and operating a vehicle without insurance.
Centralia Police arrested 26-year-old Christian Pierceall of East 2nd in Centralia for aggravated driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $15,000 during his first appearance. If released on bond, he was ordered to not drive a vehicle and abstain from drugs and alcohol with random testing. A public defender was appointed to represent him.
Centralia Police arrested 32-year-old Cameron Jones of Bicknell Street in Centralia for criminal damage to state-supported property. He remained in custody on Saturday.
Illinois State Police arrested 44-year-old John Faulkner of Oak Street in Patoka for aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery, and aggravated battery. He was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a final decision on charges.
Salem Police arrested 36-year-old Jeremy Moore of East Ogelsby in Salem on an outstanding Marion County DUI warrant. He posted a $150 bond and was released.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary to a vacant home in the 2300 block of Berry Road in rural Patoka. A number of items were taken. The break-in was discovered Friday morning.
