Scattered showers and storms will cross across South Central Illinois Sunday afternoon and again late Sunday night into Monday morning.
Isolated strong to severe storms are possible with the main threats being damaging winds, large hail, locally heavy rainfall, and lightning.
Cool and dry weather then settles in for the rest of the week.
