The Marion County 4H held its rabbit and poultry competition at the fairgrounds on Monday.
In the rabbit show, Jaret Gibson was awarded for best rate of gain. The Grand Champion Market Pen was given to Landon Borcherding. The reserve champion was Haley Nattier. The Grand Champion Rabbit belonged to Haileigh Winkel. The reserve was Chesney Trout. The Senior Showman Champion was Halle Dasch. the Reserve was Kristi Moody. Junior Showman Champion was Baylie Purcell and the reserve Teagan Cowger.
In the Poultry Show, Morgan Robb had the Grand Champion Poultry and Ava Smith was reserve. The Grand Champion Domestic Bird award winner was Halle Dasch and Reserve was Hayden Basch. The Grand Champion Market Pen was won by Ava Smith. Gia Ward was reserve. The Senior Showmanship Champion was Lorelai Rose. The reserve was Morgan Rose. The Junior Showman Champion was Brooklyn Anderson. The reserve was Ava Smith.
