A 27-year-old Centralia man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to felony criminal trespass to a residence.
As part of the plea agreement, Luke DeClue of Jonquil Drive had a home invasion, battery, and criminal trespass to a second home dropped.
DeClue was ordered to serve two years probation, given credit for 198 days served in the Marion County Jail, ordered to undergo drug, alcohol, and mental health evaluation with any recommended treatment and complete a job search.
DeClue was arrested last September after entering a home in the 1300 block of South Maple in Centralia uninvited. When told to leave, he allegedly put his elbow in the side of the head of one of the occupants and reportedly left with her purse. When a neighbor came over to assist, DeClue also allegedly entered their home. The woman who was struck in the side of the head received a bump, but did not require hospital treatment.
