Salem Police say one person was injured in a Tuesday morning two vehicle crash at Mitchell and South College Streets.
Police report a pickup driven by 18-year-old Madison Smith of US 50 in Salem pulled from the stop sign on Mitchell street and hit the side of an SUV on South College driven by 59-year-old Janet Phillips of South College Street in Salem.
Smith was transported by ambulance to Salem Township Hospital. She was also ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Phillips and a passenger in her vehicle, 36-year-old James Phillips of Jeanne Drive in Salem, declined medical treatment.
The crash occurred just after seven Tuesday morning.
