Thunderstorms  will be moving through the area this morning.   There is still a concern that a few may become strong enough to produce large hail or damaging winds. Fortunately the storms will be out of the region by midday.

The tornado watch has now been extended until 11 Wednesday morning and a wind advisory until four Wednesday afternoon.  South winds 15 to 25 miles per hour with gusts up to 40 miles per hour are anticipated.

We’ll also see falling temperatures, with temperatures dropping to 62 degrees by 5 pm.   Breezy, with a south wind 20 to 29 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

Cold weather returns Wednesday night as a result of the latest cold front, with a low around 39. West wind 9 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.

Nice weather is then on tap for the Easter weekend with nothing but sunshine in the long range forecast through Tuesday.   High temperature Thursday will be 56, on Friday 61, Saturday 65, Easter Sunday 69, on Monday 72, and Tuesday 77.
