Centralia Police have arrested a 22-year-old Centralia woman for burglary, criminal damage to property, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police came into contact with Aryana Morgan of North Cherry when receiving a report of a woman screaming in an apartment hallway in the 700 block of East Third. She was reportedly found in possession of a white powder that field tested as methamphetamine as well as a used and unused syringe.
Three others were arrested on outstanding warrants:
48-year-old Gina Branon of South Locust in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a Marion County felony failure to appear warrant with bond set at $10,00 and a Clinton County warrant with bond set at $25,000. She remained in the Marion County Jail.
29-year-old Kevin Roper of Slate Road in Carlyle was arrested on a Lincoln County Missouri warrant. Bond was set at $5,000.
49-year-old Vernon Bivins of Oakland, California was arrested on an outstanding Marion County traffic warrant. He was released on a personal recognizance bond.
