One participant has been admitted to Marion County drug court and another has had his participation revoked.
29-year-old Marquise Adams of East Nollman in Centralia has been admitted to drug court after pleading guilty to a felony criminal trespass to residence charge. The sentencing will be stayed and the case dismissed if Adams successfully completes the drug court program. As part of the plea, domestic battery and criminal damage to property charges were dropped.
36-year-old Joshua Schulte of Cottonwood Village has had his participation in drug court revoked after reportedly not being truthful with the drug court staff over a change of employment. Schulte who pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine to be assigned to drug court will now be sentenced on that charge on March 5th.
