Centralia city officials are thanking a Centralia business man for making a difference by now making two donations to the Police Department’s canine fund.
Centralia Police Administrative Commander Steve Whritenour says the first personal donation from State Farm Agent and Centralia resident Jack Graham helped add a second canine unit to the department. The latest donation will help the department pay for extra costs associated with having two dogs.
The two new canine officers and their dogs are graduating Friday (today) from their training course and will be on the schedule with the dogs starting next week.
