The Kell Fire Department answered 226 calls for service in 2022.
In district fire calls include three structure fires, 13 field/brush fires, two automatic alarms, one dumpster fire, nine vehicle fires, 33 motor vehicle crashes and 105 emergency medical services calls.
The district also handled a large number of mutual aid calls. There were 49 to structure fires, five field/brush fires, and six motor vehicular accidents.
The department put in 1,465 hours of training hours.
