Salem Assistant City Manager and City Clerk Bev Quinn has announced she will retire at the end of May.

Mayor Nic Farley noted receiving Quinn’s letter and not being able to talk her out of retiring.

By the time Quinn retires, she will be in her 31st year of service to the city.  She has been Assistant to the City Manager since 1996 and City Clerk since 2013.

Farley says since Quinn currently has two positions it provides several different opportunities to replace her.   He’ll announce further details in the future.
