Centralia Police have arrested a 61-year-old Centralia man for possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest, and driving on a suspended license. Kenneth Powell of North College was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a decision on formal charges.
Salem Police arrested two Sandoval residents at the Huck’s store Tuesday morning. Both 46-yea-rold Mary Frank and 44-year-old Jessie Frank of East 9th were arrested for obstructing justice for allegedly giving false names. Jessie Frank was also arrested on outstanding Marion, Fayette, and Clinton County warrants with bond totaling $37,500. Mary Frank is being held in lieu of $17,500 on outstanding Marion, Crawford and Clinton County warrants.
33-year-old Amber Berry of East Kerr in Centralia was arrested by a parole officer on an outstanding Illinois Department of Corrections warrant.
