A 26-year-old Mt. Vernon man has been sentenced to 152 years in prison after earlier being found guilty in a bench trial for 19 of 20 Class X felony charges pending against him for reproducing child pornography of a child under 13.
Judge Jerry Crisel handed down a sentence on each of the charges which totaled the 152 years.
Terry had faced between 114 and 570 years in prison on the charges.
Terry was taken into custody in May after a domestic battery case led to an investigation that resulted in child pornography charges.
Jefferson County State’s Attorney Sean Featherstun prosecuted the case. Public Defender Matt Vaughn handled the defense.
