Bond has been set at $20,000 for a 27-year-old rural Odin man who was charged Friday in Marion County Court with felony theft of three spools of electrical wire from a solar farm construction site north of Sandoval.

Trevor Langford of Norton Road was arrested on the charge while already being held in the Marion County Jail on another theft charge in connection with possession of a stolen four-wheeler.   The sheriff’s department reports they were able to recover the stolen wire while following up on leads that also allegedly tied Langford to the case.

Langford had a public defender appointed to represent him.

A preliminary hearing is set for November 23rd.
