Selmaville Grade School hosted the OBC Cross Country Meet at Bryan Park on Monday, Oct. 3.  Teams present for the meet were Central City, Field, Odin, Raccoon, and Selmaville.  First place team winners were the Selmaville JV girls, Selmaville JV boys, Field Varsity girls, and Central City Varsity boys.

Congratulations to Raccoon’s Caden Lamb for winning the Oil Belt Conference Cross Country title yesterday.

For Selmaville JV girls, Kenna Benjamin (1st-8:17), Gabby Harper (2nd-8:18), Karmen Murray (3rd-8:21), Alana Howe (4th-8:52), Gia Ward (5th-9:01), McKenzie Mulvany (6th-9:03), and Kamora Whitfield (8th-9:16).

For Selmaville JV boys, Rafe James (1st-7:55), Max Bookhout (3rd-8:38), Matt Blackburn (5th-8:47), Tyson Smith (7th-8:54), Weston Crouse (12th-9:26), Greyson James (14th-9:35), and Lucas Howe (20th-10:51).

The OBC Varsity Girl Champion was Selmaville’s Carly Veach (1st-12:27). Selmaville’s Shelby Johnson medaled in 3rd place (12:52).  The Selmaville Varsity Boys medal winner was Noah Gaston in 5th place (11:45).
