A 38-year-old Salem man has been sentenced to 30 months in prison after pleading guilty to possession of less than 15 grams of cocaine and criminal damage to state-supported property.
Lloyd McMullin of North Broadway received 15 months in prison on each charge, with the time to be served consecutively since the drug arrest occurred while McMullin was out on bond on the criminal damage charge.
McMullin was arrested for felony criminal damage to the door of a Salem Police car and resisting arrest in July and then was arrested for possession of both methamphetamine and cocaine in August. The resisting arrest and possession of methamphetamine charges were dropped as part of the plea.
